I'm Liz, a thirty something year old living in Lafayette, La. I am a board certified Physician Assistant by day, and a self taught cook and baker by night and weekend.

I am completely food and travel obsessed. I love putting my spin on new and old recipes as well as experimenting on my own developments.There is not a food that I won't try (at least once) and I believe there is no destination too far (or too close) for a good time!
